East End Nurseries Ltd

 

East End Nurseries is under the same management as Premier Plants Producers but run independently. It produces fresh strawberries from its 11 acre site on the east coast with the assistance of the Mockbeggar Group. The East End site has been developed over the years into a modern and efficient strawberry production unit.

 

 

East End uses 9 acres of climate controlled modern heated glass and 2 acres of poly tunnels equipped with table top benches to produce on average 400 tonnes of fresh strawberries destined for leading UK supermarkets. The main cropping season runs from early April to the end of July and again from the end of September into early December.

 

 

All strawberries are picked and packed onsite in our state of the art packing facility by our experienced team and dispatched the same day using our own transport. Our fruit is marketed through Total Berry and we predominantly supply Marks & Spencer and Sainsburys along with other major multiples.
